Students in Kindergarten through Second grade are eager to find their desks in the new KPod building.

"It's pretty exciting", proclaimed a second grader as she peered around the room. The students liked the new desks and the courtyard area. All the kids wanted to check out the cabinets and see where the reading materials were at.

The new classrooms were opened up on February 25th after many years of hard work and strong support from the Sausalito Marin City School District and Local Communities. Much of the teachers materials were moved in last week during winter break and teachers spent the weekend getting the supplies organized around the room.
